We have seen this pop up from time to time where the StrideLinx (USA) router was online and working then suddenly it drops connection. Rebooting the devices does not reconnect the MDR Server.
Logs available show this.
We believe something may be blocking the VPN from reconnecting after the MDR server config download but not sure what to look for. The StrideLinx in these situations are often installed in 3rd party sites where my company has no access to the internal IT structure. Any help in what we need to relay to onsite IT admins to open this back up would be appreciated.
