Hi,

I’m tring to unlock a probably bricked IX2400 router.
I have a fixed RED ACT LED light, if I try to push the reset button router don’t make the factory reset.

Any suggestions for alternative factory reset procedure ?

This indeed sounds like your router is bricked. I would suggest sending an email to support@ixon.cloud to request an RMA.
