Data Can't be visualize

Hello,
Our company is extracting data from different equipments and we are having troubles with two of them.
More precisely, the protocols for data extraction are Modbus and OPC-UA. We can see the data that we want in the editors mode but in the viewer mode it is impossible to see the data.

Any idea how we can solve this?
