The IXON Cloud and IXON’s API are updated weekly.

Features

  • The document management app got improved with the following features:
    • While using assets with document management, you can now see the folder size.
  • The service logbook app got improved with the following features:
    • Added option to add a category to a log.
  • The API got expanded with the following endpoints:
    • A new endpoint to generate a control key for agents.

Improvements

  • For the mobile app it is now possible to force a VPN connection to use IPv4. This can be helpful in case the IPv6 connection of the mobile carrier does not work properly. This setting can be found in the VPN information page.

Fixed issues

  • Fixed issue where you could not configure location to be set in the default list view.
