If you are looking to show the URL in the text component you just have to type the URL between both the box brackets and the parenthesis. In your case, that would be:

I need to open this in a new tab of the navigator.
The problem of this, is that when make click lose this page.
I prefer open in new tab, if not is interesting and user close, navigator maintaine the original.
I search in web for sintaxis of this link tipe in your Markdown, but any dont worck correctly.

No problem.
You can’t open a page in a new tab automatically using markdown, unfortunately.
You can simply hold the control button on your keyboard while clicking on the link however. Then the page will open in a new tab.
