Today (Nov 4th 2022) at approximately 12:45 UTC, we lost communications to two Ixon remote access devices (IXRouter 3.0 and an IXRouter WiFi 3.0) simultaneously, both giving an http 500 server error when attempting to use VNC. The IXRouters are both from different vendors, but would likely be using the same Ixon servers.
I have been tasked with investigating, does anyone know if there was a Ixon server outage at approximately that time (12:45 UTC → 13:15 UTC)?
